He has advised on global and domestic clients on investment banking (buy side and sell side), valuation, financial modelling, ESOP valuation, purchase price allocation reviews, commercial due diligence and financial due diligence engagements.
He has advised on successful investment banking mandates with a cumulative transaction value of more than USD 1 billion and assisted on more than 50 valuation engagements.
Brijesh is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA. He has also passed all 3 levels of Chartered Financial Analyst Program and is a Registered Valuer for Securities and Financial Assets.
