Mukesh Gupta

Mukesh has over 30 years of experience in audit, financial due diligence, valuation and advisory. He is a veteran Chartered Accountant with leadership experience at Deloitte, EY & PWC, specializing in international accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and financial due diligence for both domestic and global clients in sectors from finance to manufacturing.

He also has experience working with various audit firms in the field of external audit in India, the US, Ireland and a wide range of audit engagements in Singapore over the last four years. His area of expertise includes accounting principles relating to Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP; various auditing standards, namely PCAOB, ISA, SSA and Indian Auditing Standards; and relevant regulations relating to the Companies Act, 2013, RBI, SEBI and the Income Tax Act, 1961.

In addition, Mukesh brings deep knowledge of the Singapore regulatory and financial reporting framework, including the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), the Singapore Companies Act, the Variable Capital Companies (VCC) Act, and the regulatory requirements of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
