Satya
has over 21 years of global consulting experience across leading consulting firms delivering M&A, PMI, Carve-Out and IT transformation programs for Private Equity and corporate clients.
Previously, he worked as Associate Director leading the PMI and Carve-Out IT M&A practice at Deloitte India. Prior to that, he led teams across EY Nordics, Deloitte UK, Deloitte Germany, KPMG UK and Infosys on global consulting and M&A assignments.
He has delivered 150+ M&A transactions, including 50+ major PMI, Carveout & Transformation programs and 100+ IT/Tech DD, working across 13 countries including the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Nordics, Czech, India, Philippines & Japan.
Satya holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, UK, combining strong academic grounding with hands-on global consulting experience.
